Safe and comfortable housing is a fundamental necessity to live productively in developed countries.  But for many the thought of a secure place to work, rest, and support a family is an unattainable dream.  Bella Fortezza works with public agencies to identify hard-working individuals and families who need assistance in finding and affording a place to call home.  

We are actively studying the housing markets in Charlotte, NC and Denver, CO with the goal of providing housing for two families by the end of 2022.  Using HUD guidelines for fair market rents and median income, we will work with local agencies to identify families who will best benefit from our housing.
